Doug is a 29+ year international IT veteran, having worked in executive and general management roles with organisations including SAP, Oracle and IBM across A/NZ, Asia Pacific and Africa. Doug’s intimate knowledge of software vendors, licensing, and auditing practice has enabled him to successfully assist clients in retail, manufacturing, utilities, the public sector, and financial services to achieve a positive outcome in their audits, along with assisting them during software contract negotiations. Heading up the team and the company, Doug embodies the relevant skills and mindset to grow this company into a worldwide organisation.
Russell is a 25+ year veteran of the IT industry holding numerous account director roles spanning major software vendors including IBM, Oracle and Computer Associates, as well as start-ups, ISVs, local system integrators, and service providers. The most recent projects, where he was ultimately responsible for the outcome of the project and ongoing relationship with the customer, include:
• ERP recommendation & feasibility study – public sector
• Audit defence and Microsoft review – utility
• Ongoing SAM and advisory – global manufacturer
• Design, development, launch, and support of mobile app – large country-wide NGO
• Complex data projects – major bank
• Integration & data project – social insurer.
Janine is a 25+ year veteran of the IT industry, holding numerous strategy, enterprise architecture, and sales roles spanning the major software vendors, system integrators, and service providers. In Janine’s roles, she has been responsible for architecting, selling, and driving the successful outcome of large-scale IT initiatives, as well as managing customer relationships and expectations. Key advisory roles include:
• Licence and support advisory services – all industries
• SAP/IT strategy and roadmaps – all industries
• ERP support services (vendor replacement & AMS) – all industries.
Sue is a 36+ year veteran of the IT industry holding numerous Brand Unit Executive roles across IBM. Her experience and knowledge of IBM products, processes, and channels are extensive. In her roles, she was responsible for total Lines of Business from P&L, sales & inside sales, technical, and marketing operations. Her knowledge of the customer base and experience helps her to advise customers on the best possible action for a positive business outcome for their organisation. Sue has been involved in assisting many customers with the optimisation and management of their IBM software platform. Her understanding of the contractual process allows her to offer the best advice for a positive outcome on vendor audits and software audits.
Andy has spent 30+ years working for large corporate customers in all sectors of industry ranging from IT, mining, health, defence, federal and local government institutions within Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and North America working in contract management, health and safety, project management, environmental sustainability, cloud migration strategy and vendor compliance roles. Andy specialises in several related fields such as corporate licence compliance, auditing, audit defence, Oracle contract management, Oracle Unlimited and Enterprise Agreement negotiations, project, and change management as well as software/hardware asset management, cloud deployments, cloud licence migrations and licensing/ITAM/SAM training.
Helen is a 30+ year veteran of the SAP industry holding numerous technical, senior enterprise management, and product line roles, with a recent shift from client to client advisory. Over the last 10+ years in Helen’s career, she has been part of a digital leadership team, ensuring the product line was managed using effective business and technology practices and to support delivery and transformation. Key responsibilities included:
• SAP and enterprise software asset management and governance – utility
• SAP and ERP applications audit defence
• SAP strategy and roadmap
• SAP architecture
• Developing and maintaining SAP functional, technical, development, and security standards.
Katherine is a 20+ year veteran of the IT industry, holding numerous SAM and licence compliance roles on both client and vendor side. Katherine is adept at re-aligning existing ITAM business processes with best-practice frameworks based on the SAM/HAM/cloud asset lifecycle. Katherine’s background in software commercials, compliance and management brings significant value and thought leadership to the Invictus Partners team and our clients across managed services engagements, from full SAM-as-a-Service to single-vendor licence managed services for IBM and SAP.
Cameron is a 25+ year veteran of the IT industry holding numerous application service delivery roles, including working for both IT service providers and also directly within internal IT organisations. He has managed project delivery with both agile and waterfall environments, and is trained in ITIL and Six Sigma to help drive operational improvements. Cameron takes stakeholder management seriously and his high level of communication ensures engagements deliver maximum value.
Gabrielle is a 25+ year international award-winning IT marketing veteran, with a track record of developing innovative, result-focused B2B marketing strategies and programs to drive measurable brand, pipeline, and revenue outcomes. She has worked with global IT corporations including IBM, NCR and Google, as well as start-ups and growth stage tech companies, across all facets of B2B marketing, including strategy and planning, lead generation and nurture programs, content marketing, digital marketing, and media/analyst relations.

Justin is a 27+ year seasoned technology leader having gained experience in organisations such as Deloitte, SAP, Oracle and Ingress, across A/NZ, Asia Pacific, the UK and South Africa. He has held numerous roles in management consulting, sales team leadership, strategy development, and major IT and ERP program design and delivery spanning the major software vendors, system integrators and service providers. With an expansive international career, he has demonstrated leadership and performance in services sales, service delivery, project management and business transformation. With a collaborative and motivational management style, he is passionate about helping clients meet their business outcomes, delivering successful engagements and managing teams.
